pour les composants pr\u00e9sentant des probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p>Cette inspection c\u2019est la moins cher et, donc, recommand\u00e9e pour faire de la maintenance, pour des contr\u00f4les p\u00e9riodiques apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re inspection, ou si votre entreprise souhaite r\u00e9duire ses co\u00fbts ou a besoin d\u2019un rapport d\u2019inspection tr\u00e8s rapidement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Group-14.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3><strong>L\u2019inspection \u00e9volu\u00e9e: les pannes et les points importants dans le rapport<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me type d&rsquo;inspection se fait avec l&rsquo;acquisition thermographique de tous les composants qui posent probl\u00e8me et aussi des composants les plus importants qui ne pr\u00e9sentent pas d&rsquo;anomalies.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cas, les co\u00fbts et les d\u00e9lais seront l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, car l&rsquo;acquisition sur le terrain et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un rapport auront besoin d\u2019un peu plus de temps.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est la m\u00e9thode qui vous permet de suivre l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de composants importants.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre logiciel nous sommes en tout cas tr\u00e8s rapides, avec une parfaite \u00e9valuation des thermogrammes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img effectuer une inspection thermographique avec acquisition compl\u00e8te de toutes les images.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que cela est fait, nous cr\u00e9ons un rapport complet avec toutes les images de tous les composants inspect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d\u2019une analyse typiquement utilis\u00e9e pour les installations critiques dans les entreprises (par exemple celles qui g\u00e8rent des sous-stations d\u2019haute tension) qui demandent la garantie compl\u00e8te pour tous les composants, donc, qui demandent des inspections encore plus approfondies.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce service, sur meilleurs standards et r\u00e9alis\u00e9es comme notre r\u00e9putation internationale le demande.<\/p>\n<p>Nos cam\u00e9ras aux infrarouges sont toujours accompagn\u00e9es d&rsquo;un certificat d&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage valide, pour garantir que les temp\u00e9ratures mesur\u00e9es correspondent bien \u00e0 la situation r\u00e9elle sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>La r\u00e8gle de base pour une mesure correcte de la temp\u00e9rature est que la \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9solution spatiale\u00a0\u00bb de la cam\u00e9ra infrarouge soit adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la taille de l&rsquo;objet \u00e0 inspecter.<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Nous v\u00e9rifions les composants \u00e9lectriques individuellement, un par un, depuis une distance appropri\u00e9e.  Nous ne prenons pas de \u00ab panoramas \u00bb inutiles. Tr\u00e8s souvent, en effet, les techniciens improvis\u00e9s n\u00e9gligent le fait que pour une analyse correcte des temp\u00e9ratures, les images aux infrarouges doivent \u00eatre acquises depuis une distance correcte.<\/p>\n<p>La taille de la zone analys\u00e9e par un seul pixel de la cam\u00e9ra infrarouge est un param\u00e8tre fondamental pour une correcte mesure de la temperature. Ce param\u00e8tre est appel\u00e9 \u201cIFOV Instantly Filed of View\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0R\u00e9solution spatiale\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Plus la valeur de l\u2019IFOV est petite, meilleure sera l&rsquo;image thermique acquise. <\/p>\n<p>Nombreux d\u2019op\u00e9rateurs en thermographie, non form\u00e9s ou techniquement non pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, n\u00e9gligent le fait que si l&rsquo;objet \u00e0 mesurer est d\u2019une taille inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle qui est conventionnellement consid\u00e9r\u00e9, alors la mesure de la temperature sera incorrecte ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9valuation du probl\u00e8me mal estim\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Comme calculer la taille minime \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer lors de l\u2019inspection:<\/p>\n<p>Taille minimale (en mm) = 3 x IFOV x Distance (en m\u00e8tres)<\/p>\n<p>La misura di temperatura potrebbe risultare sbagliata e quindi anche la valutazione della gravit\u00e0 del problema.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette raison, chez DarkWave Thermo, nous utilisons des cam\u00e9ras thermiques avec les meilleurs IFOV disponibles sur le march\u00e9 et les meilleurs t\u00e9l\u00e9objectifs, pour analyser de petits objets ou des objets \u00e0 grande distance avec pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vous pouvez faire confiance \u00e0 notre expertise.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Ils existent plusieurs crit\u00e8res d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation pour une image thermique acquise: ils d\u00e9pendent de l&rsquo;application, de la criticit\u00e9 et des risques associ\u00e9s.<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Nous nous accordons sur le meilleur crit\u00e8re \u00e0 appliquer pour \u00e9valuer les probl\u00e8mes identifi\u00e9s : en le tirant de la documentation technique, des exigences d\u2019assurance, des indications des fabricants.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, nous utilisons un crit\u00e8re appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Delta T\u00a0\u00bb qui compare les temp\u00e9ratures atteintes par un l\u2019objet \u00e0 inspecter par rapport \u00e0 des objets similaires, dans les m\u00eames conditions de fonctionnement.<\/p>\n<p>Parfois, le crit\u00e8re de temp\u00e9rature absolue est pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 lorsque nous n&rsquo;avons pas de termes de comparaison avec des objets similaires et dans les m\u00eames conditions de fonctionnement, dans tous les cas, quand c\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire de v\u00e9rifier la gravit\u00e9 de la temp\u00e9rature atteinte par les composants individuels, par rapport \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;air environnant.<\/p>\n<p>Deux crit\u00e8res possibles, bas\u00e9s sur la mesure du Delta T, que nous utilisons sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les tableaux ci-joints.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Un crit\u00e8re possible bas\u00e9 sur la mesure du Delta T que nous utilisons est le suivant:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Tabella-1-italiano-1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Un autre crit\u00e8re possible, sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 par la norme am\u00e9ricaine NETA, est celui bas\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois sur la mesure du Delta T et celle des temp\u00e9ratures absolues.
