{"id":39633,"date":"2019-08-06T14:06:02","date_gmt":"2019-08-06T12:06:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/darkwavethermo.com\/multi-tecnica-industria\/partial-discharge\/"},"modified":"2020-09-13T14:37:25","modified_gmt":"2020-09-13T12:37:25","slug":"partial-discharge","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/darkwavethermo.com\/fr\/multi-tecnica-industria\/partial-discharge\/","title":{"rendered":"Partial discharge"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>L&rsquo;analyse des d\u00e9charges partielles est la solution id\u00e9ale pour la v\u00e9rification, pendant le fonctionnement, des syst\u00e8mes HT des tableaux MT<\/h1>\n<h3>Un ensemble de techniques qui permet de d\u00e9couvrir d\u00e9faillances \u00e9ventuelles dans les di\u00e9lectriques et dans les connexions des sous-stations HT et des tableaux MT.<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Les <strong>d\u00e9charges partielles, <\/strong>mieux connu comme <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Partial Discharge\u00a0\u00bb,<\/strong> sont des d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectriques qui ne percent pas compl\u00e8tement l&rsquo;isolation entre les conducteurs et qui se produisent <strong>uniquement<\/strong> dans le <strong>moyenne et haute tension<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La taille de ces d\u00e9charges est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement petite, cependant progressivement les d\u00e9charges partielles sont capables d&rsquo;<strong>endommager irr\u00e9m\u00e9diablement<\/strong> l&rsquo;isolation, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la formation des arcs destructifs.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>diagnostic non destructif<\/strong> des d\u00e9charges partielles, s&rsquo;il est fait t\u00f4t et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, <strong>identifie<\/strong> les sources d\u2019endommagement irr\u00e9parables potentiels.<\/p>\n<p>S&rsquo;ils ne sont pas identifi\u00e9s, <strong>les d\u00e9charges partielles \u00e9volueront<\/strong> jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 endommager irr\u00e9parablement les installations, entra\u00eenant des pertes de production et des co\u00fbts importants et surtout amener \u00e0 des risques pour le personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Paradoxalement, <strong>le diagnostic des d\u00e9charges partielles est<\/strong> souvent beaucoup plus <strong>simple<\/strong> qu&rsquo;on ne le croyait auparavant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/dwt-partial-discharge.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3><strong>La recherche de d\u00e9charges partielles<\/strong>, pour la plupart des installations, <strong>ne n\u00e9cessite pas d&rsquo;arr\u00eat de production<\/strong> <strong>ni de co\u00fbts<\/strong> d&rsquo;investissement <strong>importants<\/strong>. Il vous <strong>suffit simplement d&rsquo;avoir le bon outil<\/strong>, avec des algorithmes d\u00e9di\u00e9s et \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9couter\u00a0\u00bb.<\/h3>\n<p><img src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/darkwavethermo-occhio.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les capteurs \u00ab d\u00e9tectent \u00bb trois types de signaux :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Capteur TEV &#8211; Tension de terre transitoire<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div>Lorsqu&rsquo;une d\u00e9charge partielle se produit \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un interrupteur, elle g\u00e9n\u00e8re des ondes \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques qui ne peuvent s&rsquo;\u00e9chapper que par les ouvertures pr\u00e9sentes.<\/p>\n<p>En traversant les structures, ces ondes g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des \u00ab\u00a0Transient Earth Voltages\u00a0\u00bb (TEV) qui sont d\u00e9tectables de l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, avec une sonde de contact.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Image-204.png\" d\u00e9charges partielles \u00e9mettent \u00e9galement des ondes acoustiques, notamment des ultrasons, car elles g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des turbulences dans l&rsquo;air.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;instrument a une sensibilit\u00e9 maximale autour de 40 kHz, lorsqu&rsquo;il peut capter des ultrasons qui traversent m\u00eame les plus petites ouvertures dans le bo\u00eetier des composants examin\u00e9s et autour propagent du point de d\u00e9charge \u00e0 travers les c\u00e2bles de terre.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la mesure du possible, l&rsquo;anneau RCFT est positionn\u00e9 sur le c\u00e2ble de masse reli\u00e9 \u00e0
